Hi everyone--Jin is doing better with his rash from the Nexavar--it took 8 days to have it start going away--his scalp is still itching and hurting but not as bad--but he doesn't think he wants to go back on it even at a reduced dose since he had such a allergic reaction to it on 9 days--he wants to call onc. and ask if he could go back on sutent at a lower dose and a shorter time--it worked so well during the 5 cycles he did take it and he tolerated it well but then his heart started pumping only 38% and they made him go off for 3 mos and it really started progressing to lungs more and a new 3cm node in aortacaval region--has anyone else had heart problems with sutent--his heart did start pumping back at 45% so they said that was better--he does have heart problems in his family. We are trying to stay positive after I see all the problems other people have I just try to be grateful and take things one day at a time --but that can be hard too. God bless. peace--Sue and JIm
