Dear Theresa, I applaud your devoted attention to your brother, and wish I could share-your-pain as you watch his condition worsen. Is his therapy in the hands of the CTC staff? Whether this is the case, CTC is renowned for their comprehensive approach, which empowers the individual as the prime decision-maker, recognizing the need for acceptance of responsibility. I ask this, as I believe that their consistent practice is to lend sufficient nutritive support, in every possible way, that the further deterioration I see you as describing remains a less likely development.
