My mom was diagnosed w/ stage 4 non samll cell cancer/adenocarcinoma. It is confined to her chest region but is in her bones. She takes her 1st chemo treatment Tues. 9/11. She is going to have platnium and taxotere as well as zometa. Has anyone else's loved one had this treatment? How did they do and did it hurt more than help?
I would appreciate any feed back at all as this is new to us.
