Brain Therapy

does everyone undergo  brain therapy as a standard treatment of mantle cell???

I was diagnosed in 1/06 with MCL. Went through 6 rounds of R-CHOP, Stem Cell Transplant, and 1 yr of a 2 yr maintenance program. I have never heard of any type of "brain therapy" as treatment. I did have "chemo brain" during my chemo, but sloooowly it returns to normal.BTW I am a 52 yo female.
