I have had an enlarged lymph node below my right ear for over a year and it is not painful at all. I had gone to the doctor about it as well as my symptoms of extreme fatigue and chest pain (pressure). The fatigue is almost debilitating. For the past year I had been dealing with this and we found out I have Celiac Disease and that I also had gall stones and just recently had my gall bladder removed. I was really hoping that when I went gluten-free due to the Celiac Disease I would feel better. I did feel a little better as per my GI, but the fatigue, the chest pain/pressure and the racing heart is still there. I do not have any fevers or really any excessive itching. Has anyone else had these sort of symptoms I am experiencing? My doctor has already referred me to a specialist, but I am waiting for the appointment (it's been almost a month already).
