What are the symptoms?

Hi, can someone who has fallopian cancer tell me what are the symptoms before they were diagnosed with the cancer? I have had discharge for over a week now and some irregular bleeding. I read that these could be symptoms of fallopian cancer or uterine cancer. any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

My mom had post menopausal bleeding. Biopsy neg, Ultrasound dilated fallopian tube, MRI same and a leaking.  My mom stated it was clear and not urine.  She was dx July 30th and Aug 22 had complee hysterectomy with staging.  She had spread through fallopian tube to pelvic cavity, appendix and lining of her rectum.  The only disease let was a 2mm spot on her rectum.  She just rec her 2nd round of chemo and is doing well so far.  I hope you do not have the rare awful disease.  If you are wondering something GO to the Dr's.  DO NOT let it wait......
