Gllioblastomas Mediforme

I am looking for any answers or advice. My mother-in-law has been diagnosed with this type of brain tumor.  We have had surgery and removed 75% of the tumor.  The doctors are now suggesting that we try a combination of three types of medicine.

  Azastin,Temovolomide,Bevacizumad

Any advise is greatly appreciated

 

HI there, I came down with GBM in September and had the tumor removed 100% immediately. The 3-4 month "gold " standard worldwide seems tp be temozolomide and radiotherapy. Therafter it gets much harder but most protocols eems to be based on  monthly cycles of temozolomide. Problem is mainstreaam docs will say don't bother with complimentary therapies etc etc..In the end, you need to take total control and take some risks...as for me, I am doing: Temozolomide plus, reiki ,,masage plus total organic diet plus vitamin C taken intravenous +++++. There are probably no real rights or wrongs and we probably all need a little luck to have the kind of body which responds well to immune system stimulation. My firm belief is that the docs do the first bit and then our immune systems must clear up the rest over a short and long period.....it works and GBM does not need to be regarded as a killer!!!! I am 44 yo male. my advice to you is get angry at the desease on the one hand and do verthting you can to increase the odds in your favor....hope thta helps
