Lamar County Alabama "To Many People Getting Cancer"

If you live in Lamar County Alabama and have cancer "of any type" or know someone or have lost a loved one since Jan 1, 2000 please help me.  There is so many people here in our County that has cancer. I am tying to find out exactly how many people, so we can get the enviromentalist here to check our water, air and soil.  I have lost my Dad because of cancer.  He ask me before he passed away to try and find out why so many people has cancer in our small county.  So please join me in our fight against cancer.  Who knows we may find the source, if we do then we can possibly live alittle longer.      Becky Akins

I live in lamar county alabama and i am concerned about the cancer rate here. i also have heard the cancer hospital in houston texas said lamar county alabama had an extremly high rate here so maybe you can find something ther to help with your request.
