To all the people that have been diagnosed with linitis plastica my heart goes out to you. My husband was told he had a rare ca that was very very aggressive which was l.p... He was diagnosed in nov. 2006 and passed away in july 2007.. He fought a hard battle with this ca.. Had off and on approx.. 4 or 5 treatments of chemo and a month of radiation..i know that it is a well known ca in japan,,,we were told we had the best oncologist around .. He may have been for other ca but not this one.....all i know is my husband loved the lord and when he passed on to the lord all of his organ had shut down and the lord took him peacefully.....i pray for you and given the chance again would have gone to a ca unver.. Or inst...not a private practiseoncologist dr...god bless you all
