As I come close to my five mark from diagnosis, I find I am as anxious as first diagnosed. Do others feel the same way?

I have had cancer for 11 years and I still get anxious.

I just had my 4-year mark mammogram and its fine. I really don’t get worried too much. I do recommend not dwelling on it too much. Life is great, enjoy it! I don’t read too much on the msg boards anymore. I’m too busy with my antiques business. I recommend doing what you enjoy most and get out of that dead end job. I did. Its tough at times, but worth it!!!
God Bless.

I am a breast cancer survivor of 15 yrs at which time I had my breast removed. In Feb. 2005 I was once again diagnosed with the same type of breast cancer in the other breast, which I again had removed. I thought I was home free after 15 years, but this only showed me not to let my guard down and to always try to maintain a good diet, excercise and vitimin ritual. I am now trying to find a good vitimin and detox program. I know that Cancer Treatment of America has a supplement program, but I am unable to find it. The one I am looking for has 3 specific vitimins to take together. If anyone can help me, please reply. I also believe that you have to live your life to the fullest and beleive in God to get the most out of life.
Thank you and God Bless.

Hi Grama Kay,
Strongly recommend 2 powerful immune support supplements.
1. Original Limu
2. Maximum Strength omenga-3.
Both of these products have had thousands of studies done and the studies have shown excellent cancer fighting abilities and both of these products have been endorsed by numerous doctors. Hope I can help.

I have never until now heard of Original Limu and from what I find on the Internet it seems to be more of a multi-level marketing opportunity than a wonder drug. Sales are impressive but I can find NO studies at all for the 1000's that are said to exist.

As for omenga-3, this must be a typo. I think what was meant was Omega-3 which has had studies done on it and is worth looking into.

I would suggust getting a good vitamin book and looking up cancer and/or immune system in the index. You will usually find vit C, vit E, various B vitamins, and supplements such as selenium. All in all, a healthy diet and exercise seem to be the best bet.

God bless, kevin

Look up Essiac Tea. Read the info and you may not have to be so anxious.

It does not state exactly kinds of cancer it has killed, but it should not hurt you to try no matter what kind you have.

Good luck

I have survived over 2 years now from stage 111b cervical cancer spread through the pelvis to abdominal cavity. I was damaged by radiation and still remain weak but I'm here and try to stay positive and appreciate time and life. We have little control over our disease other than good nutrition and exercise. So please don't worry as cancer feeds on negativity. best of luck to those working to the 5 year mark as i was given a 30 % survival prognosis and now its 50%. So watch this space
