Hi, my mother was diagnosed with multiple myeloma 3 years ago. She has had intensive chemotherapy, stem cell transplant and proteins have been good until three months ago. She has now elevated proteins which indicates he cancer is active again, a significant amount of bone missing in her knee due to steriods. She also has Intergram/Zameta once a month. They now want to try her on Revlimide. Can anyone give me some advice on this medication good or bad. I am concerned that her cancer has come back so quick. Drs. can only try new things..Please help.

Sorry to hear about your mother,  i am battling advanced cancer in my husband as well.  last week i decided to try natural remedies and contacted  The center for human development and funtioning and for the first time in 2 years we feel like there is hope in beating this.  he has started recieving IV Vit c 3 times a week and already i have seen some improvement but it will take at least 3 months to know if the tumors are shrinking.  search the internet for alternative treatments and never give up the hope of success.  wish you all the luck  with this battle.

Thankyou for replying to my message. I appreciate all the help i can get as I am only 33 and have no siblings and my mother is only 55. I will look at alternatives if necessary. I hate seeing her in so much pain. Tramadol or Morphine is all she can have now. Take care and thanks again..
