Anyone familiar with Dr. Charles Rogers in Mexico?

Norma, unfortunately my cousin passed away April 1st.  She fought a long battle, but definitely believed in what she was doing.  I asked her about a week before she died...."Knowing what you know now, would you have done anything different concerning your treatment?" ...and she said "No".  The "conventional" doctors gave her about 3 months to live and she made it a year and 2 months.  I love her and miss her.  She was a great lady and anyone who was fortunate enough to know her was blessed. 

 Tell your husband to fight and don't give up.  You never know when a new procedure or cure is about to occur.  My prayers are with you, your husband as you fight this battle.

My cousin is receiveing treatment for Stage 4 ovarian cancer in Acuna Mexico at St. Joseph Medical Center by Dr. Charles Rogers.  Has anyone heard of him and this center?  Is it legit?  I am very concerned about her.  They say the tumors (she has 5) have to get bigger before they disapper.  Now she is beginning to have nausea and bowel problems.  She has been in Mexico for 2 months receiving treatment and has not been able to talk directly to the doctor in this time.  Any info would be appreciated.
