I was fortunate to find one and he gave me medicine to help with my metabolic imbalance. It does the same thing as Femara but without the weird side effects. I do have hip and pelvic pain, but that's due to side effects from the steroids and chemo that I received as treatment. However, by taking the holistic medicine, the pain is not as intense and I don't have nausea, dizziness, swelling or other side effects I've read that others have experienced on Femara. Good luck.
