Subject: Thyrogen Scan

I am doing the thyrogen scan this year versus the synthroid withdrawl. I am a runner. Has anyone out there gone jogging after getting thyrogen injections? I had my first shot in the butt today and I would like to go for a run. Is that okay to do?

what is a thyrogen scan? i was just told today that i am going to have one in a few months. i have thyroid cancer and have had TT as well as a neck dissection and re-necdissection for additional malignant lymph nodes.
