My father had his bladder removed in July 03. It "seemed" to be contained even though the tumor had gone through the muscle wall. He went for chemo to clean up anything looming. Everything was fine in the following winter (Jan. 04). Went for CT Scan in April 04 and found it had metastasized to his lung. He has small cell bladder cancer which is quite rare. He's been on chemo (last May started on Carboplatin and Etoposide and is now on Taxol). He's also on lots of alternative stuff including essiac tea. Just wondering if there is anybody else out there who is willing to share their story and I'm wondering if we should explore other treatment avenues. Thank you. llane
