Hi,

Does anyone know of an inpatient Alternative Treatment Center in the New York area. My family and I reside out in Huntington, New York out on Long Island. My Moms is in Huntington Hospital with a reoccurnce of Ovarian cancer that has spread to her abdomen and Liver. She is is critical but stable conditon and on a peg tube. Huntington Hosptial would like to kick her out and send her to a hospice. I am looking for an inpatient Clinic I can send her to so she can built up her strength and be treated with alternative therapies. Anyone with any thoughts or sueggestions? Your advice and reply will be grealty appreciated.

Thank you,

Tom

Oh my goodness... so very sad. Please contact the practice of Dr. Eva Chalas. I can not say enough good things about her and her associates. http://www.ligynonc.com/

I am so glad you are not giving up on your Mom. I am a cancer survivor using only alternative therapies and the clinic I go to has had amazing results turning around a variety of cancers, some even considered terminal by their oncologists. I live in Canada and am not familiar with any inpatient clinics in your State but a Google search should give you some information. Perhaps these guides might lead you to someone who does have the information that you need. http://www.diagnose-me.com/regional-A.html http://www.healingchoicesonline.com/index.htm If you are interested in learning about the treatments that are having good results at the clinic I go to please send me a private message and I'll send you that info. Best wishes to you and your Mom. She is very lucky to have you to advocate for her.

I live in Ontario Canada and would like to know where alternative therapies are available for Cancer in Canada.  I was diagonised with Stage 3 Ovarian Endometriod Cancer and Stage 1B Endometrial Cancer in Dec. 2006.  I had a full hystrectemy and have undergone 6 rounds of chemo and 25 radiation treatments.  According to the Doctor my cancer was unusual - there was a Grade 1 tumor on my ovary and early stage cancer in my utreus and a few lymph nodes in the abdominal area where +ve.  There was no spread in the abdominal area which he said was unusual, don't know why.  I was feelling geat after the treatment until recently when I had pain in my hip area and did a CT scan.  The Scan showed a 3 cm tumor in my pelvic area.  According to the doctor it looks like a reccurance.  I will be seeing the doctor shortly, but before that I would like to know if alternative therapy centres are available in Ontario.  I read about Issel's treatment centre in Mexico but it would cost about $ 40,000 for the whole treatment.  I would greatly appreciate if you can give me information on any treatment centers in Canada.  Many thanks for your help.

Hi Momof two....Here is a website to get you started. _______________________ http://www.cancure.org/directory_clinics_outside%20US.htm _______________________ You surely won't have to leave Canada in order to get proven alternative treatments. I am going to send you a private message with my E mail address. I am a cancer survivor who has used only gentle, natural treatments and the clinic I go to in Cambridge, Ontario is having excellent results treating a variety of cancers. I think the information I can give you regarding the treatments used that have turned around patients, some even deemed terminal when they first presented, will be helpful and give you hope and peace of mind.
