I am on Nexavar (5 months now) and have had severe diarrhea.  I have found that if I have cream of rice cereal "every day" it helps me a lot. I have the 1 serving amount, and my coffee for breakfast.

Tried different pills, but they seemed to create other problems.

Stll have some diarrhea but usually in the evening & mild. Of course you can't go pigging out on known diahrretic type foods.

What is cream of rice cereal ? My husband has the same problem,  on nexavar now 10 weeks and losing weight because of the diarrhea.  Other than having all his hair fall out and the other side effects of which there are many he is determined to stay on this drug.  First scan next week so that will tell the tale.  He took Sutent for 6 cycles but it didn't work for him.

In the grocery store, hot (you have to cook it) cereals.
I've lost a little hair but not much. Still on the full dose & determined to make 6 months (2nd cat scan @ 6 mos) before I do a 25% reduction to see if it helps with the side effects. Hand foot syndrome & the diarrhea are my major problems. Had lost 32 lbs before getting it under control.
