I Am Worried...Complex Cyst And Other Pains

Hi all,

I am new to here and I am worried. I have been having bloating for a few months now which seems to have gotten worse (I look like I am pregnant). I didn't think anything of it but then I have had a dull pain in one of my lymph node (groin) for a month now and it is starting on the right side now as well. and a few weeks ago I started having some severe pain in my left side. I went to the ER last week it got so bad and they did a transvaginal ultrasound and found a complex cyst about 3.5 cm (not to big) they want me to get into my ob/gyn this week to have it evaluated. I have an appointment with the nurse/prac of the ob/gyn to evaluate me. Should I be worried? I have felt like crap for awhile and extremely tired all of the time. I am only 29 by the way. My grandmother had ovarian cancer. I am scared should I be worried or am I working myself up?
