My boyfriend has testicular cancer. He has had the testical removed. Presently he is going through chemo. He had a ct scan before the surgery and again before the chemo. The ct scan prior to chemo shows 2 more large lymph nodes in the lungs besides 4 in the lower abdomen. Could anyone please tell me if the cancer has spread to his lungs. I pray all day everyday that he will not have to keep going through this. Thank you
