Are there any alternative treatments that assist the immune system in controlling the spreading of the cancer, control the growth, etc of lung cancer?  What is Zeolite?  Does it do any good?

What are some other supplements to aid the immune system. Does inmproving the immune system help with controlling cancer growth?

If oxygen helps to kill the cancer cells, is there any therapy in that area being tested?

Is it ok to take antioxidants/supplemments during chemo therapy?

I have non-small cell squamous lung cancer stage IIIA .  Thanks for any information...Libby

Hello LibbyO I don't know anything about Zeolite personally but I can tell you about several immune boosters that were highly recommended to me by my medical/alternative doctor. I have used only alternative treatments with great success. At this point in my message I attached some websites with information about Avemar, Curcumin, AHCC,Intravenous Vitamin C. I don't believe they were commercial sites so I can't understand why my message was "timed out" but it was so I was unable to post it. I shall try through a private message. Shemay

Dear Libby

There are many alternatives and they all do one or more of  3 things 1.) Detox 2.) Boost the immune system and 3.) Believe and be positive. You must get rid of all parasites and eat an alkaline diet.

My sister was diagnosed on Sept 20th with 4th stage BC mets to both lungs. Her oncologist put her on Xeloda 3000mg daily for a while but she refused to take any more and began holistic therapies.

She started with a good diet and supplements. Then she started Essaic tea and ACHH. We believe she detoxed too fast because she had a stroke the following month. They sent her home from the hospital as a HOSPICE patient on October 19th.

She learned to take it slower and more carefully with the Essaic tea and she continued it along with ACHH (mushroom) She drank ozonated water (which floods your body with oxygen) and lots of vitamins and an alkaline diet. But most importantly, she kept a positive attitude about curing her cancer.

About 2 weeks ago she added MMS to her protocol. She's up to 7 drops daily without nausea now, which means the cancer cells are dying off.

This past Tuesday, Dec 6th, I went with her to the doctor for test results. Her markers were 16.9 and no symptom of any cancer in her lungs. Her arthritis in her hands even went away! She is back to working full time and feels good again.

She plans to keep MMS as a six month regimen, remain on an alkaline diet and will use Beck's zapper and magnetic pulser every so often to keep the parasites away.

I hope this will help you in you decision making.  It's always good to have a good naturopathic doctor to work with too.

My sister's naturopathic doctor was impressed with MMS and is planning to do a study with 25 cancer patients. My sister is taking 9 drops at a time now without nausea, which is great. MMS effectiveness is measured by the nausea. The more drops you can tolerate the more your body is being cleansed.

Here's a video on mixing it (it costs about $11 a bottle)

My husband was diagnosed with 3B nsclc in april of 2005.  From the beginning even when he was going through chemo and radiation, he was taking Maitake Extract, Cellfood and Green Tea Extract.  He still takes all of that and now we are going to change his diet to more alkaline foods and I just bought Alkalife to add to our drinking water. I had just read lots of good things about getting your pH levels corrected.  Jim just got his results of his latest tests and saw that his urine ph was 6.  Thats way too low so we are hoping that by changing this we can also keep the cancer dormant if not get rid of it.

good luck!

Esther
