My father inlaw just had this done a week ago and is recovering very well so far. He has heart issues and is a diabetic. They did confirm that there was cancer in there and we are to meet with the doctor in a week to discuss chemo/radiation. They are not worried about this type of cancer spreading but are worried that it will grow back.
How did your father do with this procedure? Did he have to have chemo/radiation?
