I'm sure many of you out there are aware of the health care situation here in America, and I'm sure for those of you that are well informed, then you know it is in an abysmal state. There are many Americans out there that are living without healthcare. Imagine you are dealing with something like cancer without healthcare, it is truly frightening. I lost my father in 2004 to the disease, so I know all too well the financial burdens that come alone with having no insurance.
With Bush still in office, and no end in sight for the war, it seems that healthcare will be suffering for years to come. And so will our citizens, many of whom are senior citizens on medicare or medicaid, and unable to afford the skyrocketing prices of their prescription medicines. We must do something NOW to begin change.
I am asking all of you help me speak out against these crimes against our citizens, better healthcare for everyone!
