Hi,

My brother just underwent total gestrectomy about 3 weeks ago. Below are the surgeon's advice:

a. Prayer

b. Diet - eat raw vegetables like carrots, cucumber, brocolli,             salads                                                                                                 - Be a vegetarian - cook your vegetables Chinese style                                                                                                    - eat soy bean products like tofu                                                            - abstain from caffeine, tea and refined sugar. Take natural sugar instead.

c. Eat in small amounts at least 6 - 8 times a day

d. Meditation - use your mind to control the cancer cells

d. Take up breathing exercises

e. Brisk walking 45 minutes - 1 hour a day

 for some fantastic vegetarian recipes.

Lastly, remember this. Our body is one of God's marvellous creation. Treat the stomach as an organ to store food, that's all. Without the stomach our body can still function. It just takes some time. You have to fight and please do not give up. May God bless all of you.

It appears your brother was very lucky to have found such a "forward thinking" doctor. This looks like excellent advice to me especially on prayer, diet, breathing, meditation and walking. Stevia is a great natural substitute for sugar. You can find it at most health food stores. Along with the meditation I would recommend visualization.......actually "see" in your minds eye the cancer cells being destroyed. I am going to send you a website via the E mail you have posted here which has some valuable information and also many testimonials about how visualizations have worked to cure many dis eases. We do have the power within us to fight this!! Blessings to you both Shemay ________________

I couldn't agree more.  It's a shame that most Oncologists don't recommend half of the things on that list.
