Blantyre Message: PSA rising Patient Blantyre Recommend this Message Report Abuse Email a Friend Track this Message [Remove] Subject: PSA rising Date: 12/13/2007 Hi again: I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2005 and since have had hormone treatment and transureathal focused ultra sound. Have been off hormones sfor over a year and in July 07 had a new biopsy which was ok. But since march my PSA has risen from 3 to 9 . Will have scans in Jan. may have to have a more extensive biopsy in Jan. Anyone else had this situation? hoping all is well for me and everyone else . Have a blessed Christmas. Skip Yes I had diagnosis 1/28 2005, prostatectomy march 2005 Radiat , 37 sessions Aug. Sept. 2005 and Zolodex and Casodex started in Nov 2005. Recently PSA which had been <0.1 has done aan increase to 4.1 in 6 mo. Will get bone scan and ct in Jan. don't know to much yet. Private Reply Quote Reply to This Message
