Gleason Score 4+3=7; T1C; Robotic Surgery was 11/19/07; PSA was 7.

Need Information desperately.  My friend is flowing a lot.  He uses about 7 diapers a day.  He spends the majority of each day laying down.  He ejaculates urine.  Have slight pressure in bowl area.  Any information regarding the excessive urine flow.

Hi,

Loosing full control after surgery is normal. In my experinece the best sign to look for is to be able to withold your urine while urinating for a short while. If you are able to do this it is a good sign that you will regain continence.

Thanks for info.  It has been six weeks now and incontinence is still out of control.  Can not stop and hold urine after it starts.
