Absolute Lymphocytes 2.4 0.9 2.9 Thou/Cu Mm

Hi

I have terribly swollen gland, and was seen for some routine blood work to test for mono, and strep  The results for the mono and strep came back negative, but the Absolute Lymphocytes came back in the high range. 2.4  I am not sure what this is, or what this means can you give me any ideas.
