Just a word of support. Agree that you need other opinions if anyone has even mentioned hysterectomy for CINIII at your age.
As long as the LEEP and the scraping above that (if done), called an ECC, were clear at "the margins" (the edges of where they cut the area out) the LEEP is very effective. That is not to say that you may not have dysplasia come back at some point, but it will likely save a hysterectomy and it not a threat to your life. If you have something worse on the final pathology report (not likely at your age, but possible), then you really need to seek another opinion....but again, it is usually possible to avoid hysterectomy.
Discharge is normal after a LEEP, for weeks if not a month or so. As long as you don't have increasing pain or fevers you should be OK. If you have these symptoms or if the discharge is foul and getting worse, then go in to make sure you don't have an infection.
Hang in there...get all the pathology information from the LEEP and seek another opinion when you get a chance.
