Canine Bladder Cancer TCC

I feel so fortunate to have found this website!   We just found out last night from an ultrasound that our 16 year old mini-dachshund, Jesse, has bladder cancer.  Our regular vet rec'd the report this a.m. and tonight we picked up Metacam which we will start tomorrow.  The mass is fairly small at this time, however it is not in a good position for surgery.  In reading the posts I find "Graviola" mentioned a few times.  Has anyone used it while using Metacam?  So far Jesse doesn't have any blood in his urine and isn't straining, however he does have to go fairly often.  I also see where some have used Pepcid too given the GI problems that Metacam might cause.  I have found this information so helpful and just wanted to say thank you!
