My brother is also 64 and he was diagnoised with prostate cancer mets to the bone last April. He also had it in his spine, pelvis and he had a spot on each shoulder. He was having alot of pain after which a bone scan showed mets to the bone. My brother went on Lupron Hormone Therapy, one shot every 4 months, and he had 3 weeks of radiation therapy for the pain in his leg that he was having. The radiation took away all of his pain, and he is doing very very well. He is in Florida agin this winter and walking, dancing and doing everything he had done before this problem occured, and he looks and feels great, and the Hormone therapy seems to have his cancer in control. After reading your message on the board, I wanted very much to share some positive news with you. I wish you all the very best. Sincerely Gracie
