Hello! New here, first time I have posted, and I have sat here for hours reading what you all have to say, boy I am sorry and my heart goes out to u all..and all I can say is stay strong. I just have a few questions and having a hard time putting things in order.
Jak-2 blood work- what are they looking for and what do I do? My dad just passed away in Nov- with PAD and PV, his was really bad no one knew until it was to late as he was old school hated doctors, heart was bad so nothing could be done, veins and stuff, packed (closed), he just turned 59, he also had lung cancer, and my aunt passed just 4 months before of cancer and my uncle 6 months before that with cancer, so cancer is a issue right now with me as the docs have been waiting for my blood work to go crazy more, I have for 4yrs have had a high platelet count, low rbc, now calcuim in my blood, my gap is always low, bun is low, albumin low,
Leukemia and PV is a issue that my docs are havein'- I am 38 but in the last 5 yrs having been feeling great, joint pain-tired, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, due to body hurting, numbing and tinglein' of feet and hands, Chest pains, bleeding problem and so much more, can any one help me I have a list of doc's I see, and I am sick of being a lab rat for them all. I am sick of this med and that med, sick of being sick, I just want one answer and then for them to let me finish living what ever life I have, I dont want to die, but I do want to enjoy and not spend most of my time with them, I would love to be with the family.. and if they dont have the answers then, just say oh well see us in a yr, or when you dont feel right, or do what u want. I hope I explained that well, as I am very bad at typing, I my brain goes faster the my fingers..LOL.. I give you all smiles and lots of hugs..
