Hi all who responded to having hot flushes~~ I was just wondering if you have improved now that winter has come? Mine have severely increased down here in Australia in the heat, and I am hoping that yours in the North have improved. Currently I go through two face washers daily, just mopping my raining head. Granted, it is very HOT here, but this is far more than just persperation -- I'm a walking shower tap!!
I do hope that you have improved in the cold weather and that I can look forward to the same when winter finally comes here!!
