5Fu Topical Treatment

Subject: 5fu topical treatment

I just started using 5fu topical for the bridge of my nose two days ago. Is it possible to have side effects so soon? I couldn't sleep all night and feel nauseated. Has anyone started this treatment and stopped due to nausea and restlessness? My other option is to have the pre cancer spot removed by the freezing procedure. Not sure what that is called.
