Does Casadex Help?

My husbands doctor recently started hm on Casadex because his psa was rising to spite lupron shots every 4 months.His psa did drop when he first started the shots 2 years ago,but started rising again .We would like to hear from anyone on this course of treatment and how they are doing.He just started the pills two weeks ago,are there any side affects? He had surgery 6 yrs. ago next month and radiation after that.
