Hi LP Cells -- Can you please clarify for me what 'pesky light chain mm' actually is?  I have a friend who says that she has 'light chain mm' and that there is no paraprotein measurement.  What is the difference between light chain and paraprotein/m spike mm?  Are the symptoms the same?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Many thanks, Cath
