Hi,
I am 40 years old, and have just had a CAT Scan with contrast for abdominal pain. I just received my test results back and need to have an upper GI series.
My report reads this:
Focal Mucosal thickening in the body to distal antrum of the stomach may represent underlying mural lesion.
Has anybody had a report that read this and does it represent something serioud like stomach cancer.
I have crampy pain in my abdominal...alternating constipation/diareah, very tired lately, kinda weak feeling, and my appetite has decreased. Sometimes I get nausea.
I have appt on June 7th for a gastro DR and waiting is horrible. Just thought someone else might know about these medical term reports. Thanks so much!
