Sorry to hear about your dad. I am new to the boards. Trying to find somewhere to go where people understand. My dad had NHL back in 1993-94. Took chemo and radiation. Was cancer free till 2002 when he was diagnosed with prostrated. Did surger to remove it and then his psa levels were elevated in 2006 and went through 39 radiation treatments. We just found out about 2 wks ago that his NHL has returned. He is having a PET scan done today and had a bone-marrow biopsy this past Monday. He will have his port put in soon and will start chemo. I am scared. It really hasn't hit me yet. My dad is 60.
