Wow, thanks for your posting. I have made similar changes in my diet as well....was a heavy meat eater, not much for diary, but meat 2 to 3 times per day. The raw vegan diet is helping me with my energy level considerably. I also work with a great naturopathic physician here in Montana to improve my liver, adrenals, deal with candida/fungus, hormone balance, and I also get ozone treatments. This is considered controversial to the allopathic world, he has had good success with others who were very ill but regained their health. I did speak with an MD from The Center for Natural Oncology, and he didn't think diet would make much of a difference because of the slow-growth nature, although he did recommend eating more flax seed/oil. I believe that diet change can never be a waste of time. I use cookbooks by Shelley Redford Young and Gabrielle Chavez for hints.

IM 38 and just diagnosed with gct after having a 15x14x9cm mass removed 2 wks ago. i have seen a gyn-=onc at uab in alabama and the only follow up they are suggesting is inhibin levels and cat scans. i still have another ovary and my uterus and no staging was done at time of surgery. another complication is that it ruptured while taking it out. everything i have read says to have a complete hyst and staging done initially. does waiting sound right to anybody?
