Posting on behalf of my mother in law who is trying to determine what treatment she should endure for her 3rd recurrence. Platinum drugs not an option because of resistance and toxicity. Doxil didn't work for her. She is currently on Avastin only and docs want her to add oral Cytoxan. She is a the point where she is focusing on quality of life and doesn't want to go through chemo again. Can anyone here tell me how the Cytoxan made them feel and how successful it was?
