Hi,

My father will be starting sutent very soon. I will be asking the oncologist many questions and some will be related to nutrition--- does anyone have any advice on what to avoid or look for from a nutritional standpoint?

Any advice is greatly appreciated

I've researched for endless hours about nutrition since my friend was dx with RCC. The number one thing to stay away from is sugar. My understanding is cancer cells multiply with sugar. Here is a site that I found informative www.webmd.com/diet/guide/top-cancer-fighting-foods

Bless you and your loved one.
