My father-in-law in China is suffering liver cancer at final stage. Is there any way to buy Nexavar here in USA? How to?

Please people. Someone has to know. It should be possible to buy it in USA. Where? How? Canadian mail-order offers that for 8000 USD. How about american pharmacies? Please give us at list some guideline.
