What To Expect Next

My mother was diagnosed Sept. with pancreatic cancer mets to the liver.  I previously posted on here about 3-4wks ago that in a minutes time she went from pain only to shortness of breath, anxiety, sleeping alot.  Since then she is now sleeping alot, confusion, eating little...looks smaller everyday, very dry mouth, trouble swallowing and now juandice.  No swelling of the legs...not sure about stomach area.  Has enough morphine to keep pain at bay.  Now with the juandice what usually happens next?  Appx. how much time???  Someone please email me privately if you don't want to go into detail here.  I'm tuff, you don't need to tiptoe.  I just need info, PLEASE!  kelwards1 (at) verizon (dot)net

My father was diagnosed with Pan. can with mets to the lungs. It then travelled to the liver. By the time it reached his liver - he had 1 week left. It was VERY fast. My father was diagnosed in December and died in Jan. I am in shock. The signs which told me things did not look good is swelling in legs and stomach. He became dead weight. The jaunice happened 2 days before he passed away and mostly on hands and legs. I know how you feel. I am very sad since losing my father Jan. 20th. It feels like a bad dream and I truly hate this stupid disease. Please feel to private message me anytime. Hang in there.
