luvlivin,

     I'm 47 years old. When my derm prescribed the 14 day treatment, I didn't have any noticeable AK's on my face. But, because I had 3 Moh's surgeries in the past year to remove small BCC's, I believe my derm just wanted to treat any AK's that were under the surface, but not noticeable.
