how to get mom moving again

My mom was diagnosed with terminal Cholangiocarcinoma and 6 months to live on January 23, 2008.  Ironically, it was 1 year to the day that my dad was diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer and 6 months to live.  Dad died 4 months later.  We're (mom and I) were in the hospital for 22 days and are now home with hospice.  Mom is very weak and has trouble standing for the pain in her feet.  Does anyone have any suggestions on exercises for her that I can help her with?
