Well, I found out I will be starting Effudex next week on my upper lip. The doctor said to put it on my bottom lip also.
I have read posts on this board, but I have several questions. Once, the mouth gets painful, how exactly is someone suppose to eat. Is drinking out of a straw painful? I would imagine anything touching the lips is painful. I would like to be prepared with any food before I start this.
The doctor said I could use Aquaphor, but he was not explicit in his directions in when to put it on. How long after the Effudex can it be put on?
