Dear Lily,

I am so very about your mom but I have to agree with the other post-miracles still happen. Sometimes we just don't get to see the healing happen this side of heaven.

I will keep you and your mom in my prayers during this difficult time.

Dear Lily:  This is Lynn (Robbie's Mom - diagnosed Stage IV April 2006).   The docs told my son that he only had 3-4 months WITH treatment.  Robbie tried every conceivable treatment available to him and beat the odds for 18 months and 1 day.  Robbie passed away in October 2007 at home in his bed very peacefully.  Robbie said - one day at a time, just one day at a time.  He LIVED with cancer he did not sit around waiting to die.  He enjoyed every minute of life that he had.  NEVER GIVE UP no matter what the medical evidence shows.  Sometimes God has a miracle in store for us.  Healing did not come to Robbie on earth but I know that he is free of pain and suffering and in a better place.

I will pray for your mother and your family.  God Bless you all.

Hugs

Lynn
