Dear friends, I just find a press release on biospace talking about free trial of everolimus(cancer treatment by inhibiting the mTOR protein) that was approwed for kidney transplantation in order to prevent rejection of donors kidney and now thay were testing it for RCC patient with good results.
As this drug was approwed long tme ago for patients who had a kidney transplantation, I would have significant lower financial expenses in taking everolimus. My question is, is it similar to temsirolimus, can it be taken as subsitute to it, and basicly what is the difference between temsirolimus and everolimus?
