I Have A Question

My father n law was just diagnosed w/cancer of the lymph nodes, brain, lungs, liver and bones.  He started radiation yesterday. 5 days a week for next 2 and then chemo.  He is in stage 4.  What do you all think his time left is?  Please be honest.

Only god knows how much time we have on this earth, I think the best thing for you to do is  be supportive to  your father inlaw, give him lots of love and support.Think positive and never give up I was stage three and i am doing fine two years later. You can make sure he embrasses each day and lives it to the fullest. Remember whether we have cancer or not tomorrow is no guarentee. What ever the time  he has left make it  the best Good luck to you

I have to agree with laborlady, only God knows,  I have had cancer for 3 years now, Waldenstroms Macroglobulinemia, they say there is no cure, but God has been merciful, I also belong to a wonderful online prayer board, www.allin1accord.com,  and they have given me wonderful support, we pray together and encourage one another, we always welcome new members, there are many that have cancer, or are survivors, or praying for loved ones, my prayers are with you and your family at this time, please try and keep a positive attitude, that is so important, its not always easy, but I know that is the first thing my Onc told me, Love and many prayers for you, Pat
