Primary Testicular Lymphoma - Stage 1 Treatment

Subject: Primary Testicular Lymphoma - Stage 1 Treatment

I am a stage 1 PTL patient with conflicting recommendations for treatment.  What is the best way to get other opinions on treatment from professionals without dragging all my records around the country?  Are there any cancer hotlines staffed by medical oncologists or something similar?
