Dear Friends,
My 66 year old, mom is going to have a partial nephrectomy in April (please pray for her--thanks!!!!). I was wondering what the pre-operative testing consisted of, but in particular, the bladder. One surgeon, in which we received a second opinion from, mentioned that my mom's bladder would have to be checked. He didn't give any specifics on why and how he would be checking her bladder. I was wondering if anyone out there knew more about his reasoning?
