can you have chidren after you have had cervical cancer pre cells an got surgery?

The answer depends on the type of surgery you have had. If you have had a hysterectomy, then no, you can no longer have children. Other, less invasive surgeries, may allow you to bear children. If your doctor is recommending surgery, then I would ask them about it.
